The Flu Clinic will be held on Friday, Sept. 13th from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. You will need to fill out a form and bring it with you on the day of the clinic, along with your primary and secondary health insurance cards. Shots will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Call the desk if health issues make it impossible for you to come to the Cluhouse for a shot, and special arrangements can be made for you.
