Music at the Meadows

Music at the Meadows welcomes  the multitalented sister/brother duo, Ashley and Ryan Hoe on Monday, December 30, at 4PM in the Mt. Ashland Room. Though these musicians are proficient at both piano and violin, the piano will be their primary instrument in this performance. Ashley, a Mountain Meadows favorite, is midway in her junior year in the Thornton School of Music at USC as a piano major. She has also been the Concertmaster (i.e., lead violin) for the Thornton School Concert Orchestra. Ryan, an active member of the Siskiyou Violins, has been the Concertmaster of both the Ashland High School Orchestra and the Ashland High School Chamber Orchestra during this, his sophomore year. They will play a four hands piano piece, and piano solos by Rachmaninoff, David Lanz, and Mendelssohn. The concert will finish with a violin duo by Jean-Marie Leclair.
