Music at the Meadows

This is an advance notice of the return – after almost 4 years – of the Nashville-based father-son duo of
guitarist Tim Thompson and his 19-year-old fiddler son, Myles, on Monday, January 27, at 4:00 PM in
the Mt. Ashland Room. This delightful pair appeared a few months back as part of Ed Dunsavage’s
Siskiyou Music Project series at the Paschal Winery in Talent, and they expressed a desire to come here
and play again for our wonderful audience. We’ll be catching them as they travel between gigs in the
states of Washington and California. Tim won the 2008 International Fingerstyle Guitar competition! Myles
has become a master of popular fiddle/violin playing. Their wide range of music styles includes folk,
country, jazz standards, Bossa Nova, “Django”, “Stephane Grappelli”, and Tim’s original compositions.
